ACCREDITATION REQUESTS

Wolverhampton Wanderers exclusively uses the EFL Championship’s DataCo online accreditation system to manage media accreditation requests for all men’s first-team fixtures.

Journalists wishing to register or requiring assistance should contact accreditations@football-dataco.com.

The system can be accessed at www.i-pbs.co.uk. All applications must be submitted through this platform, and only requests made via the system will be considered.

All applicants, including written and broadcast journalists and photographers, must hold a valid, up-to-date DataCo license.

MATCHDAY PHOTOGRAPHY ACCREDITATION POLICY

Wolverhampton Wanderers welcomes applications from professional photographers wishing to cover men’s first-team home fixtures at Molineux.

To help ensure a safe, professional and well-managed matchday experience for everyone, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • DataCo registration: Applicants must be registered and approved by DataCo. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications from photographers without the required registration.

  • Application process: All accreditation requests must be submitted via the DataCo platform for the relevant fixture. The club cannot accept ad-hoc accreditation requests by email.

  • Age requirements: Photographers must be aged 18 or over to receive accreditation. Under-18s cannot access pitchside photography positions or other designated media areas.

  • Educational and work experience requests: While we appreciate the interest in gaining experience and developing photography skills, we are unable to offer matchday photography access for work experience, school or college/university projects, portfolio development or similar purposes.

  • Accreditation approval: All applications are reviewed by the club. DataCo registration does not guarantee accreditation, as approval depends on operational requirements and available capacity.

These criteria apply to all men’s first-team home fixtures at Molineux. We appreciate your understanding and interest in photographing Wolves. The club reserves the right to refuse or withdraw accreditation where these requirements are not met.

MATCHDAY ACCESS

On a matchday, written and radio broadcasters who have received confirmation of a successful accreditation request should report to Executive Entrance 2 - to the right of main reception - to receive their accreditation.

Television broadcasters who have been contacted should report to the Stan Cullis Car Park for entrance to the compound while photographers should report to Gate A between the Stan Cullis and Billy Wright Stands following collection of accreditation at Executive Entrance 2.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any media parking unless you’ve already been contacted about being allocated a space. These spaces are allocated primarily to club media staff and rights-holding radio commentary teams.

Parking is available on a match-by-match basis in different car parks around the ground on a commercial basis. For details or to book a place, visit help.wolves.co.uk.

STUDENTS/WORK EXPERIENCE PLACEMENTS

Due to the high demand, we are unable to accommodate individual student or work experience requests for matchday access or interviews. However, we do work with a small number of university partners to provide students with opportunities to gain experience in the press box on matchdays.
