Senior Youth Engagement Officer (Wolves Foundation)

This vacancy is with the Wolves Foundation, the official charity of the Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club. 

To support the Youth Engagement Manager with the organisation and delivery of our Youth Engagement projects including Premier League Kicks. The project aims to engage young people ages 8-18 through the power of Wolves Foundation and Premier League. The main purpose of this role is to ensure positive youth engagement and creating opportunities for young people to thrive.  

The successful applicant will also need to line manage staff members within the Youth Engagement team and ensure operational excellence, project KPI’s are met, and stakeholder relationships are positively maintained. 

Contract Type: Fixed-term until August 2028, full-time (37.5 HPW)

The role focusses on fostering positive youth engagement and creating opportunities for young people to thrive. 

The successful applicant will also support in ensuring positive session engagement and KPI’s are achieved which will provide invaluable data in management reports.

This vacancy is with the Wolves Foundation, the official charity of the Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club. 

A key role within the Schools Department, as a Schools Officer you will be responsible for the delivery across a range of schools and education programmes. The successful candidate will both lead and support across all schools’ programmes with a key focus on our primary school provision. 

They will also have responsibility for the project management cycle of set KPI’s within the schools’ programmes including additional responsibility of implementing the Foundation’s Education activations.

This vacancy is with the Wolves Foundation, the official charity of the Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club. 

An exciting role to join the Post 16 Education & Skills Department as a Football & Education Coach on our Sixth Form Programme. Working with our students aged 16-18 to deliver football coaching sessions, matchdays enrichment and recruitment. The role holder will have a strong coaching background and be able to meet outcomes related to each project. They will be able to develop strong relationships with staff, participants and partners as well as supporting a range of education projects for Wolves Foundation.

Football & Education Coach JD (Wolves Foundation)

EDI Community of Practice (Pro Game) via the FA

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Football Association (FA) as part of their programme for EDI Community of Practice (Pro Game) to become an ambassador.

The FA has delivered two years of its successful ‘EDI Community of Practice' to support the grassroots and semi-professional game. The Community of Practice (CoP) consists of local ambassadors who support the growth of grassroots / semi-professional football for all communities who are currently disproportionately represented across the game. 

Wolves are one of the ten selected clubs which has been set up for the new professional club Community of Practice across the professional game to support the FA, specifically with connecting and working with South Asian communities. Forming part of The FA's new ‘Build, Connect, Support' plan 2025-28, focusing on South Asian representation in football, the new CoP will help clubs to develop, connect with and support players, coaches, referees, volunteers and wider networks of football.

Local Academy Scout- 12 Month Fixed Term

There has never been a more exciting time to work at Wolves. The Club is in the process of developing practices, strategies and teams to deliver success at the very highest level.

Matchday Lottery (scratch card sales) Staff

It is for this reason that we are currently looking to expand the number of sellers to support the sales of Wolves Lottery scratch cards on Matchdays in the corporate hospitality areas and within the general stand concourses within the Molineux Stadium.

Do you have an excellent work ethic?  Are you enthusiastic? Motivated? Do you understand the importance of customer information & keeping it secure? If yes, This could be the role for you.

As a Matchday lottery seller, you will confidently sell scratch cards on our matchdays within hospitality areas. Here you will interact with members of the public showing them your expertise and excellent communication skills so that you can build an immediate face to face rapport & build relationships to inspire them to contribute their support for the Wolves Lottery.

There will be times where you need to use your own initiative, hold strong administration skills & have an ability to use payment systems such as contactless card machines.

Previous customer facing knowledge and experience is essential within the role.

You will work on matchdays which can be either be evenings or weekends on a casual basis for 2-3 hours per week.

Turnstile operators are not expected to be involved with searching or ejecting spectators or dealing with conflict. Their role is specific, and they will be expected to call on a supervisor or specialist stewards for assistance in dealing with any incident at their turnstile.

Wolves are seeking host families who can provide accommodation for Academy players aged 14-19 years. Our ideal Host family provision will be able to offer our young players a stable, safe and comfortable environment. We believe our players perform better on the pitch when they are settled and content at home.
