Wolves Express | Reacting to the Brentford fightback

Monday night's fightback against Brentford is the focus of Wednesday's episode of Wolves Express.

Head coach Rob Edwards is up first, as he explains why he felt his side could have come away from the Gtech Community Stadium with all three points after an improved second half display but that he was still pleased with what his players showed on Monday evening.

Edwards also discusses changing Mateus Mane for Angel Gomes at half time in west London, the impact of his substitutes, how he's glad that his players are continuing to fight until the very end, despite the difficult season they've experienced and what the team are going to do without a game for almost four weeks.

Wolves' first goalscorer Adam Armstrong also gives his thoughts on the draw against the Bees, as he talks about finding the back of the net for the first time in his Old Gold career, the feeling of scoring for his new club and why he was unfortunate not to have done more with his opportunity which struck the post.

Armstrong also outlines why he believes the team are in a better place than their points and league position shows and insists there is still plenty of belief and positivity around the club.

Finally, legendary defender Lee Naylor - who was part of the Matchday Live Extra team covering the game for Wolves TV on Monday evening - also features on the podcast, giving his take on the Old Gold's latest Premier League point.

Released three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Wolves Express is packed with news, updates and exclusive interviews on both the playing and non-playing side of the club, complementing other offerings of the Official Wolves Podcast and Matchday Live Extra.
