A celebration of Wolverhampton’s South Asian community and ground-breakers will take place at a special panel event at Molineux this week as the club marks South Asian Heritage Month.
The event, set to take place on Wednesday 16th August, will include speakers from on and off the field, as well as plenty of entertainment, food and networking.
This years’ theme of South Asian Heritage Month is ‘Stories to Tell’, and is all about sharing and celebrating identity, community and heritage, and connecting with one another.
Molineux will host a range of attendees and stories from those working across football and the entertainment industry as well personal experiences of the 1947 partition.
The event will be hosted by Wolves and Punjabi Wolves and is open to all Wolves staff, players, supporters and friends, including families and young people – and you can come for as little or as long as you like!
