As Brazil continues their progression in the World Cup knockout stages, Pedro Lima discusses the greatest football show on earth.
First memories
The World Cup in Brazil is the best cup in the whole world, but in Brazil it’s special because we’ve won it five times. I was born on 1st July 2006, the day Brazil were playing against France at the World Cup. This year, we know Brazil have a good team. My memories are the whole family meeting to watch the World Cup in 2014.
Favourite goal
I’d say Richarlison against Serbia in 2022. Vinicius Junior crossed for him and he scored a bicycle kick. It was an amazing moment.
Watching World Cups
I like watching when the whole family is together, and some friends. Some games it’s with the family, some with friends.
Playing at one
It is the biggest dream, since I started playing. I saw the World Cup in 2014, I remember every game, and I saw every Brazilian watching on TV, and I wanted to play one day. If it’s possible I want to play and nothing is impossible. I’m a young guy and I work every day for this moment.
First holiday abroad
I always stayed in Brazil. Now I have time and money to see different places. I went to New York City, it was a good time with family, and I liked it.
Last country visited
Last summer I went to Cancun with my wife on our honeymoon and it was good. I also like to stay in Brazil, in our city, I have a lot of memories that I miss.
Favourite trip
I think the Bahamas was my best holiday, with my wife and family, relaxing on the beach.
Bucket list
There’s a lot of countries. Maybe America with my wife, she likes Disney. Also, the island in Brazil, Fernando de Noronha. One of those two.
