Despite scoring the goal to get Wolves back on level terms, Matheus Cunha was left frustrated that his side were not able to go on to claim all three points in Saturday’s draw against Nottingham Forest.
The Brazilian finished off a quick flowing team move just after the half hour mark, his first Premier League goal of the season at home, but Wolves weren’t able to push on and had to settle for a point, leaving Cunha feeling disappointed.
On a point against Forest
“We are a little bit frustrated because we really wanted to win this game. Of course, getting three points in the Premier League is not easy, but it was still a little bit hard for us to take that we only got one point when we wanted three points.
“We always play well at the Molineux, but we need to keep going and I hope we can keep improving.”
On continuing unbeaten home record
“We have this feeling with the fans at Molineux which is incredible, and the feeling you get here makes you feel very proud to play here.
“But today wasn’t the best day for us, it was only one point. We all feel we should have done more today, but we need to keep going so we can get three points in the next game.”
On scoring at Molineux
“It’s my first at Molineux [this season], this is true. I talked to my friends before the game and they said that I assist a lot here, but I need to score here some time so I can get this feeling with the fans.
“Of course, it was very difficult today, because we wanted the three points. But we need to keep going and prepare well for the game next week. We’re going away, but we need to keep doing the best we can away also.”

“I’m very happy to be here, and to keep this form. I’m very happy with the staff, with this group, but it’s like that.
