After being rewarded with a day off after the midweek victory over the Hammers, Vitor Pereira's squad were back at the training ground on Thursday morning as they headed to the gym for a recovery session before getting down to business to prepare for Saturday's important visit to Portman Road.
The wolves.co.uk cameras got given a behind the scenes look at the recovery session for the outfield players who were involved on Tuesday night, while the Old Gold's goalkeeping department were hard at work outside on the pitches as Jose Sa, Sam Johnstone, Dan Bentley and Tom King were put through their paces.
