Cesar Peixoto’s pre-season is truly up and running, with the head coach taking his Wolves squad to Portugal for a warm weather training camp.
A 26-man squad is now out in the Algarve and will be put to work in the heat, before a first match under Peixoto, behind-closed-doors later in the week.
New signing Rafiki Said joined the group which is still without those who represented their countries at the World Cup, meaning Raul Jimenez is yet to link up with the group, but fellow new arrival Kieran Tripper was in the travelling party.
