Following defeat in the determining round to Stoke City, the Old Gold are competing in the Plate for the first time and have a home tie.

Dan McNamara’s side come up against the Coasters, who were relegated from the Northern Premier Division last season.

Wolves come into the game on the back of a four-game unbeaten run, which has included wins against Burnley, Hull City and Sporting Khalsa.

On Wednesday, Wolves scored five on the road at Khalsa in a local derby clash under the lights, with Amber Hughes (2), Tammi George, Beth Merrick and Anna Morphet all getting on the scoresheet.

Opponents Fylde have endured a tough start to life in the Division One North, with just one win from their opening six games.

That solitary victory came against Stockport County, while the Coasters were beaten 3-1 at home to Chorley in their last outing.
