Marshall Munetsi
Marshall Munetsi joined Wolves on January transfer window deadline day in 2025, with the midfielder joining on an initial three-and-a-half year deal from French side Reims.
The Zimbabwe international, whose contract includes a further 12-month option, moved to Molineux having played 159 games for Reims, 67 of which came alongside another of Wolves’ signings that January Emmanuel Agbadou.
Capable of playing in a number of midfield roles, Munetsi spent the early part of his career in South Africa, representing Ubuntu Cape Verde, Baroka and Orlando Pirates.
It was while playing for the Pirates in 2018 that Munetsi made his Zimbabwe debut – one of 23 caps to date – and in that same year he helped his country to the COSAFA Cup.
The following season, Munetsi made his move to Europe and developed into a regular starter during the previous three-and-a-half seasons in Ligue 1 with Reims.
Known for providing goals from midfield, Munetsi left France with 21 to his name, hitting double figures for goal involvements across the 2022/23 season.
Munetsi also captained both his club and country at times during the 2024/25 season, leading Reims out against Nantes the weekend before his move to Molineux.

It was during his time spent at Orlando Pirates where Marshall Munetsi would earn the first of his senior caps for Zimbabwe, coming during the 2017/18 season.
Aged 22, Munetsi – who had not featured for his country at youth level – played the whole 90 minutes against Zambia, ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
The midfielder went on to earn 29 caps ahead of his move to Wolves, with four of those coming alongside Old Gold teammate Tawanda Chirewa. His only international goal to this point came in a World Cup qualification victory over Somalia in September 2019.
