Listen back to the full fan forum

Wolves supporters can now listen to the full end of season fans’ forum, which took place at Molineux on Tuesday evening, on BBC Sounds.

Executive chairman Nathan Shi, head coach Rob Edwards and technical director Matt Jackson sat down for a 90-minute meeting with supporters, discussing a wide array of topics as the 2025/26 season comes to a conclusion.

The event was hosted by BBC Radio WM’s Daz Hale and gave supporters the opportunity to ask questions directly about the challenges of a difficult campaign and the plans for the future and direction of the club.

More than 250 supporters filled the Hayward Suite at Molineux and the three-man panel, after a short introduction, answered questions from the floor.

Nathan spoke of Fosun’s continued commitment to Wolves and the club’s strong ambition to bounce back with promotion at the first time of asking, but also what needs to change behind the scenes to make that a reality.

Rob explained some of the reasons behind a difficult end to the campaign, the need for a squad reshape through new signings and player retention and how he sees his new-look team playing next season, having learned lessons from his previous role at Luton Town.

Jackson discussed how the club will be competitive in the transfer market, as well as how conversations with targets are already ongoing, and the struggles the club’s academy now face in retaining players.
